Push-in connectors

Push-in connectors from AIGO-TEC are the connecting element between a plastic (polyamide or PA) or copper tube and diverse pneumatic systems. They are used for example in pneumatic suspension systems for passenger cars and solenoid switch blocks.

A push-in connector is screwed onto the component using a wrench with a width across flats of 10 or 12. It is important not to exceed the specified torque. Afterwards, one can simply insert the plastic tube into the connector. Connection of the PA tube requires no tools and very little effort. If the PA tube is already mounted prior to screwing on the connector, this is likewise no problem, since the PA tube can turn within the push-in connector. This prevents the pipe from twisting in the connector during mounting and dismounting.

AIGO-TEC push-in connectors are designed for user-friendly installation. The tube can be connected manually, and the connector can be reused.

Note: Push-in connectors can be reused. In that case, the tube must first be disconnected. Then the push-in connectors can be unscrewed, after which the remainder of the tube can be pulled down and out of the connector.
