Quality management
Automotive quality - also for industrial applications
The automotive industry places high demands on the quality management of its suppliers. We have been meeting these requirements for years β in terms of project management according to APQP, risk assessment/FMEA, product and process safeguarding, design validation and verification and other standards. Of course, this also includes the traceability of our products up to - if desired - a custom serial number applied by laser on each individual part. Accordingly, our management systems have been granted certification as per IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001. Our environmental system has been certified according to ISO 14001. You can rely on us!
In an effort to ensure the trust of our customers, AIGO-TEC has developed a quality management system based on the zero-defect strategy and focused on the customer's requirements.
We achieve the highest product quality by relying on state-of-the-art technologies - both in the production area and in measurement technology. Our employees play a key role in this endeavour. We therefore go to great lengths to instil quality-oriented thinking in every single employee by involving them in the respective production processes, allowing them to optimise their work flows constantly. These efforts lead to employees who greatly identify with the products and show a heightened sense of responsibility.
Quality assurance
Measurement technologyIn order to meet our own and our customers' quality requirements, we set high standards in the field of measurement technology. Our use of different measuring systems allows us to meet a wide variety of requirements:
- Keyence 3D
- Zeiss Calypso
- Keyence 2D
- Measuring instrument > 6000
- Tool measurement βimperialβ
At our Polish site, we have a fully equipped quality laboratory with which we can test raw rubber and rubber components:
- Rheometer testing
- Tensile and pressure testing
- Tightness measurement
- Hardness measurement
- 3D measurement
Documentation and process control
We rely on industry-proven CAQ software to efficiently monitor and comprehensively document all quality assurance measures such as SPC, FMEA, and MFU. From the simple measurement report to the EMPB to the production approval process according to PPAP, we offer you all common acceptance methods for your new product launches.
In addition, we will also provide you with all standard quality documents on request including
- Control plans
- PPAP
- FMEA
- SPC tests
- Outgoing goods inspection reports
and analyses to determine
- test equipment capability
- machine capability
- process capability

IMDS
The βInternational Material Data Systemβ, IMDS for short, is an archiving and management system used in the automotive industry. It is applied to prepare material data sheets by identifying all materials and all proportion-specific material components that are used for the part in question and by recording all data necessary for the subsequent recycling of the vehicle part.
Audi, BMW, Daimler-Chrysler, Ford, Opel, Porsche, Volkswagen and Volvo have jointly developed the IMDS. Other automotive manufacturers have now joined this system as well.
Automotive manufacturers and suppliers are obliged to provide data under national and international laws, standards, norms and regulations.
If one of our suppliers is unable to provide us with IMDS data for the components or materials supplied, they are required to notify us and provide us with data about the individual ingredients that offer a comparable level of detail (weight proportions, CAS numbers, etc.).
